I am nervous.
I hope that all will go well with our Africa-plans! But, I don't want to be in "Hope".
I want to be in full CERTAINTY.
I decide to focus on what could go right!
I decide to focus on all the awesomeness and magic.
I decide to focus on us laughing, and being so very very thankful for all the beauty and fascination.
I decide to focus on the fun and laughter.
I decide to focus on feeling showered with delightful surprises!
I decide to focus on feeling eager and deeply deeply thankful!
I decide to focus on how easy it all unfolds!
I decide to focus on endless beauty and awe!
I decide to look at the fun and laughter and the wonderful fulfilling experiences we ALL will have.

I decide that this willbe big, but not bigger than we can fully embrace in love, and joy, and ease and deepest satisfaction!
It feel widen all of us, in goodness and beauty and JOY and ease!

I booked this cooking class (picture below...) today
It will be what DH and I will do, at our first full day in Namibia... and I sooo look forwards to it!



Original, authentic Namibian food in the Township Katutura by Windhoek: Spicery, pap from millet, mopane- worms (allegedly the best worms in whole Africa! ) a sort of spinach, fried fish and chicken from the backyard- and as dessert Namibian fruit, per example, amarula.

Lately, I notice how relieving it is to give up the inner struggle because I sometimes clung to certain things. Then I suddenly release the grip and tell myself: "Oh, I don't care," because I've experienced it so often and also heard from Abraham that problems cannot be solved on the action level. Problems are actually the precursors of the solution and enable it in the first place.

I enjoyed yesterday night to "own" this stance even more, in combining a picture of mine with another Abe-quote (I so love to do that, it really stirs me even more than neutral quotes... it merges much "realer" and deeper with myself, this way!)

For me, it's the most beautiful feeling when I can't be specific yet, but believe in the solution and know that the solution is coming. To feel into the solution and to know that the solution will be even better than one could ever imagine, that's simply fabulous.

But I enjoy even more the even faster energies. This PASSION and FASCINATION of detailed planning, and see how things move to become new... Abe had a phase where they described the creative stances with sexual stances. The first interest, the first arousal, the becoming more and more "turned on" (YES, their phrase being TiTiTo -Tapped in, tuned in, turned on", the "turned on" IS about this erotic emotion!)- until the undescribably delicious plateau where you are almost in an orgasm, and then, the point of "no return"- and the orgasm itself, where people often yell "Oh my God", for good reason. And then, this moments of total fulfillment with no desires left! And then... chilling out, floating, and slowly looking for something else to focus upon.

...They ALL are incredibly fabulous! Each at their perfect time!

There are so many things in our vortex that we no longer know we've already put in there.

Yes, a lot is currently in upheaval, old beliefs are breaking down, and people are starting to ask questions and seek answers. Many are tired of believing in willpower, psychology, dogmas, or diets; many finally want to discover their old knowledge of their own greatness.

Yes!! And I bask in the knowledge that we all had the results that will come due to it, in our Vortexes! WE did that!! Isn't that awesome!?
The sages explain that we all have lived and worked for THIS, this huge shift, and the result of "Paradise on Earth" that is coming- since eons. We all desired it. And we get to witness it unfold, and even more, help "to love it into Being"! It is sooo exciting and wonderful!!

It was a very interesting birthday, but there was cheesecake , and it was very, very delicious, and just for that, it was worth coming. I stayed in my positivity, which was very important to me, and I was able to look at Johannes with kindness, which was nice.

Yes, you are right, once you are on this path, nothing less will suffice. From the point where you come from, you keep developing, and I also noticed that I return to positive thoughts and my desired state much faster and linger much less in the destructive. So I get out of this destructive state much quicker, and that is really nice.

Yes, the workshop I printed out not only serves me but is truly a liberation. This attitude is just so practical and easy for me to implement, and it gives me so much freedom, lightness, calmness, and joy.

Yes, I am slowly starting with detailed mini visualizations that my inner being suddenly put in my head, and I can often connect that with segment intending, where I go into small wishes in a concrete and detailed way, for example before the skills group. Then something like the balance board happens, where I know exactly, okay, this is the right moment. I am already curious about how it will be when I approach larger manifestations, but it is a path of joy, and I choose very gently and specifically what I want to tackle next. But it is very nice how you describe it with the orgasm, what Abraham said. I think that really hits it well.

Yes, and everyone has come here and projected themselves into this physical body to participate in this wonderful experience of the new age and the great awakening. I am also incredibly excited and find it wonderful in what time we live today and that everything unfolds in a way that serves us best, and we have our perfect world, our paradise on earth. In the meantime, we already have our paradise in our lives because we are so aligned with our inner being and our vortex.

Once you get how it works, and more, THAT it works- every time, it becomes easy and natural, yes? And why should you do it any other way!
But, from *my* experience I know, sometimes I'm just not willing to be JUST lovingly wise. And that is perfectly ok, too! Sometimes it serves the whole situation to be stern and bold, and walk away from what is simply too much. I don't think this is a mistake, to the contrary.

We just now deal with a teenager who has lost all sense for joyful relationships. He behaves as a jerk, and feels in victimhood- which doesn't serve him at all, and steps all over the toes and hearts of all others. We mothers try to understand and soothe, and I realize- it is NOT helping. Now today my husband stepped in, so to speak in cutting the Gordian knot. He thundered, it would be enough of all this whining and blaming everybody for not being nice and understanding enough. *He" had behaved terrible, and *he* was stealing and blaming the others for it, and now it's time that *he* takes responsibility to bring things back in order!

It felt as SUCH relief! We can not force him to do so. But we can let go, and look and go where it feels so much better! And, we'll do. Not *MY* pie! EVERYONE creates their own reality!

Day 25

I felt such a deep thankfulness for my husband, "cutting the Gordian knot" (see post above).
I realize, we need BOTH sides- the male and the female, the Yin and the Yang, the giving and the taking, above and below. The Kabbalah teaches the lightning bolt of creation- coming from unsplit Source/Creator, zigging first into Love and Grace, and then immediately zagging into Law and Order (and then back and forth further).

We need BOTH powers, that become on their way more and more detailed, but never less true or divine!

We need love, AND order. Sweetness and softness, AND rockstable foundations. Shelters to rest and heal AND adventures, to grow and expand!

I soooo LOVE understanding this!!



It feels WHOLE to embrace it both.
It feels HEALED, to love it both!
It feels mended, to honor it both!
It feels so good, to be Satisfied where I am- and Eager for more!!

Day 26

I have several days being measured, filmed while sleeping, tested and held hostage in the hospital with terrible food ahead of me. AND I HATE IT.



I have no idea if I will be allowed to use my computer. I have no idea what to do.
I have no idea! And really, it sucks.

But I want to be happy. Nothing matters more to me than being happy, darn!!!
I will relax. I give up. Maybe it will be... funny? Maybe I will enjoy it. Maybe I will be able to not push against it!! I hope so!



I survived SO MUCH! My body survived, my Ego survived, my humor survived. I will survive THIS, as well.
I am thankful to get- maybe- some help, out of this.
I am thankful that my family will feel relief after this.
I am thankful to be cared for, within this.
I am thankful to be able to flee when my nerves break!

I can be happy, regardless! I WILL focus in a happy way. Being open for awesome revelations.
Open for wonderful interactions. I remember the last time in hospital, where I had surgery- and it was sooo FUN. It was funny, and fascinating and wonderfully precious. I will have THAT again! Happy, funny, delightful, wise, free, eager, wonderful! Respectful, laughing, curious, EASY.Easy, easy, easy easy, DELIGHTFUL! Hell yes!!

Fingers crossed they will allow you your computer and phone. I know some areas of hospitals don't like to have electrical interference with machines, but perhaps other areas of the hospital where people stay and sleep may be specially positioned to allow people to stay there with their modern conveniences available to them. I hope so! Perhaps you can call ahead of time to know what to anticipate and what kind of entertainment options to bring with you?

Yes, sometimes humor is the best way to handle a difficult situation. But yes, I think it’s okay to make mistakes. We are constantly learning to better align ourselves with our inner being, and from this vibrational harmony, we can enrich everyone. However, I too sometimes stumble into smaller traps, and that’s okay.



Regarding everything you’ve said to me, I remember this excerpt from one of my favorite videos by Abraham, which I love so much and which gives me goosebumps, as it summarizes everything so well and resonates with me so much.

I will do these things because it will be joyful to do them. I'll build the bridges that are fun to build. I'll cook the meals that are fun to cook. I'll have the relationships that are fun to have. I will grow, oh I know I will grow. I will not be able to help but expand. I will not be able to help but contribute. I will not be able to help but add (something) to this time-space reality. I know I will be of immense value, but I'm not coming forth because of the value that I will offer, because that is a given, and I'm not coming forth to prove anything because there is nothing to prove. I'm coming forth because this looks like a vacation I'd like to take. I think there will be some fun here. I think there will be some interest. I think that more life will flow through me. I think that this is gonna be a really good time. Therefore, I go forward. That's what you said, that's why you're here, that's why we're all here. It is for the joy, and when you get your eye on the joy, everything else will fall into place.

I have been quite touched by your situation POE when I read it last night, it makes me contemplate a lot about being the "creator" and how much real power we have to change everything...and what is the best way to utilize it. What is the balance between changing things and accepting us where we are...

I also thought maybe Source Energy is inviting you to do more "private work" without sharing it here on forum in these few days that You will be away... some sort of reset button from everything including peanut gallery here.. and your current patterns... my biggest creation/allowing came when I was "doing work" in the privacy of my heart, and connecting with "God within".

I think I might have dreamt you tonight.
