Remember it is indeed possible to find unshakeable peace, even when you're in a state of "I don't know what to do next".
You don't have to force or rush anything
We are in a state of constant change. We all have our unique paths and timelines.
There isn't a set timeline that can applied to everyone.
Trust the timing of your life.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see your loved ones struggling with difficult emotions.
While you can lend them a helping hand ultimately, they have to process their emotions on their own.
Unless they do that, they won’t be able to find the clarity they need to move forward and gain a new perspective on life.
They can complete the cycle of emotions.
Pay attention to your thoughts to make sure you’re not getting consumed by other people's emotional responses.

What are you pulling into your reality?
Distractions may come in the form of flashbacks, critical inner voices, and intrusive thoughts.
Allow yourself to return to a state of calm acceptance.
Entertain only those thoughts that you want to be a part of your reality.
If you look for the positives in your life, you will find yourself in a constant state of gratitude and you will continue to see more of the things you like.
