, it helped me too as the main intention of my day. I can't stop smiling
Today I had a dental appointment with my new lady dentist, she was so awesome. Gentle and quick and kind, also her hands are much smaller than any male dentist I've been too, so more comfortable in my little mouth, lol.

Of course it went easier and quicker than I could imagine. I had a 40 yrs. old bridge replaced and the new one is beautiful and fits my mouth better too. Plus insurance covered at least half of it, still costly but that's what money is for

I've been waiting at least 10 years to make my move on this and am so glad I did it finally.

You already know you shouldn’t take the opinions of others personally.
However, it’s hard to put it into practice with people you live or work with every day.
It seems like their perception of you impacts your relationship and work outcomes.
But the fact remains that no matter how hard you try, you can’t really control what others think of you.
There could be many things affecting their perception of you.
Their actions are a reflection of what's going on within them.
They might be projecting their own insecurities, or judging you on something that’s not even based on reality.
You cannot please everyone. So, shift your focus from others to yourself.
Act in accordance with your values and everything else will fall into place.
