IT'S ALL RELATIVE: A "BAD" EMOTION CAN BE GOOD FOR YOU IF IT IS THE NEXT LEVEL UP FROM WHERE YOU ARE.
REACH FOR THE NEXT LEVEL UP THE EGS FROM WHERE YOU ARE


So, we see someone in despair, true despair, where they feel utterly disempowered - things are not going well at all for them, they are desperate in their feeling of despair - and someone says follow your bliss, and while it sounds good, there’s no connection to them in that they are miles away from anything that would feel like bliss.

But they innately, with their Inner Being’s Guidance, do have access to thoughts of revenge or rage.

They have access to those thoughts, and because those thoughts are further up the Emotional Scale, there is a relief factor in the feeling of revenge or rage over the feeling of despair, isn’t there?

Would you rather feel despair and total disempowerment or would you rather feel rage?

Some of you are afraid to say it because rage and revenge, those are bad words - you’re not supposed to show anger of any kind.

In other words, anger - oh, there are anger management seminars, we know that.

We’re here to teach you to be angry if you are in despair,
but we would never coach you into anger from frustration because that’s going the wrong way;
that’s taking away relief and putting on more feeling of discomfort.

WE VIBRATE AT DIFFERENT LEVELS ON DIFFERENT SUBJECTS

Most of you weigh in emotionally somewhere around frustration and overwhelment, while you can dip into the lower registries depending on different subjects.

And on some subjects you’re in different places than on other subjects -

on money you could be feeling pretty good,
while on relationships you’re not feeling so sure of yourself.

In other words, there are all kinds of variations,

but for the most part, you have a motor running, and that motor is a vibrational offering that is equaling the way life is treating you, what you’re getting back.

I've jumped to hope, now I want to get to the knowing of it, the believing of it, where I'm out ahead of it before it has manifested in my life?


A: It's a really good question.
The most important thing that we want to say to you is that
you are where you are,

so if something has happened
and you're having a reaction to it,
you are vibrationally where you are,
and ANYTHING that you can do to improve the way you feel right now is effective.

And it has to be enough
because it's all you can do.

But today, we're really emphasizing in this conversation
the extraordinary difference between
working your way up the Emotional Scale,
and quieting your mind and taking a quantum leap over there to where your Inner Being already is.

It's standing back far enough to acknowledge that your Inner Being is there
and that you ARE your Inner Being,
and that you don't have to struggle your way up the Emotional Scale
if you just let go.

ESTHER LIKES TO USE MORNING MEDITATION TO CLIMB UP THE EGS

Every day Esther does focus wheels because every day she recognizes a vibration that could be better.

And often a focus wheel will take her quickly there,
especially if she catches it early.

But there is nothing that gets her out ahead of it better than waking up,
and before anything else happens
- before she visits with someone,
before she reads her email,
before she starts receiving texts,
before she remembers anything from before -

if the first thing she does is set herself into a comfortable place
and just quiet her mind and tune to the higher frequency,
this day is dominantly better every single time.


We just cannot emphasize that enough.

Now, does that mean that the other tools are irrelevant? No, because you can't always go into meditation - sometimes you have to deal with what's coming right at you;

sometimes you need to count to ten and look for positive aspects in this arena or in this person where there is not one evident positive aspect. (Fun)

Sometimes you just don't want to make it worse, and sometimes you just want to walk away.

You come to understand what works best for you, and sometimes it's this process
and sometimes it's that one,
and sometimes it's that one,
and sometimes it's that one.

Everything does have a vibrational frequency
and you can tell by the way you are feeling.

We're not asking you to get in that hyped up place
and stay there forever more -
That's not even logical.

But it is logical to be in that high-flying place
and have your emotions go
from passion
to interest
to satisfaction
to exhilaration
to love and appreciation.

All of that seeming range of emotion is all in the same vibrational range.

Shift the way you feel and watch what happens.
If you can rid yourself of [being in the state of worry]
you will rid yourself of things to worry about.

HOW YOU FEEL WHEN YOU LOOK AT AN OBJECT OF DESIRE IS AN INDICATOR TO WHETHER YOU'RE IN HARMONY WITH THE DESIRE OR NOT

[Example:]

You have intended to acquire a new red car. (...)

As you are driving, not focused or thinking about anything in particular,
you see an automobile very much like the one that you are wanting, driving next to you.

[If] as you look over at it you feel happy or excited,
then that positive emotion is an indication that in that moment
the thoughst that you are thinking regarding the creation of your new red car
are in harmony.

But if, as you look over at that car you feel depressed or dissatisfied
or you are unhappy and anxious because you do not have it yet,
or you feel jealous that the othet driver does have it and you do not
- then know that the negative emotion is an indication that you are creating against your desire,
and in the time that you are feeling those negative emotions,
you are pushing your car away rather than attracting it to you.

[So how do you pivot from negative emotions, up the emotional guidance scale?]
[You can say to yourself]

I was pushing the car away
but I have stopped that now, and am again attracting it by my strong desire.
It is a beautiful car.
I am excited when I think about having and driving my new red car.
Circumstances or events or others cannot prevent me from having my red car.
( I am working on my vibration so that)
my thoughts are again attracting the car.
I know that because I feel [more] positive emotion.

[Respond] to the negative "warning bell" emotion in the very early, subtle stages,
before other negative thoughts are attracted.

The Guidance System,
the "warning bells",
the emotions that come forth from your inner being
assist you [in gaining awareness to allow you to create deliberately]
as you are confronted by influence of others
or as you are confronted by old [bad] habits of your own.
