Which are your favorite "processes" currently?

Hi everyone!
Lately I have quite often been feeling a bit "meh", not so much momentum going in either the negative or positive drection.
I haven't been so deliberate with my focus as I would like to be. I want to start being more deliberately in my focusing and wanting to start building positive momentum more often.

I am curious to know what are your favorite Abraham processes currently that you are using in your life and having success with in feeling better?

1. What practical techniques or processes are you using for shifting how you feel on any specific less than good-feeling subjects into better feeling places?

2. What processes are you using otherwise during your day when not working on any specific subjects but just to feel better during the day?

It would be interesting to know what processes or "games" you are having success with at the moment.

One thing I want to start doing more of is definitely to meditate every day. I have been quite busy lately and have forget to tending to my vibration as much as I really want to. But that has just caused more contrast and a bigger determination to start tending to my vibration more so it's always value with everything and nothing "going wrong" of course :)

That's a really inspiring question, thank you Simon!

Yah :D when being deeply in life, I tend to "forget" my processes, too. While Abe said, we should never let "rituals" get the best of us, but stay fresh and aware about what really calls us, here and now. I loved that reminder!

I'll just share my thoughts... You mention meditation, and I think it's really wonderful to meditate- when you like it. *I* felt pushed to meditate for years by my understanding that we NEED to meditate to be good spiritual people (which is of course nonsense), and it brought great peace to me to relax into fully acknowledging that I really don't like it, which of course means, it's not the perfect process for me, here and now. Puh!! relief!!

I am an antsy, passionate person, and I enjoy rampages, that I just adore to combine with Grids.
And when my energy is not there, I like to watch funny movies/shortclips or uplifting youtube, until my energy is there.
What I have given up completely is "working" in processes, when I am OOTV. Then, I just let go.

Now I am inspired to open up a Rampage-thread! Hell yes!! :eusa-clap: :D

That is very interesting to hear. Of course, one should only do meditation if it really helps you to feel better and you feel like you want to do it and that it is benefitting you.

For me, a thought that comes up is that maybe you're often already in a specific positive place and from a place like that, it would make sense that meditation wouldn't feel better because you're already feeling positive emotions and then medtiation is slowing down the positive momentum rather than speeding it up, as meditating is the most general thing you can do and if you're already in a positive feeling place you want to be as specific in your focus as possible as long as it feels good to do so.

Sometimes, for me lately, I've not always been feeling so clear aobut what I'm actually thinking and feeling. It have been feeling like I'm in not a very fast moving place in either direction, so maybe it has been near contentment. But then another thought is what if I'm actually having negative emotions but not letting myself fully feel them. So that's why I want to start practicing meditation daily for a while and see what happens. I want to do it as a kind of "calibration" for me to get a feel of what a place of not having any resistance feels like and maybe then any negative or positive thoughts that would come up after the meditation would stand out more and I could be more aware of what I am usually doing with my vibration.

That is very nice :)
When you say Grid, what do you mean in a more practical sense? Do you write down simple words of emotions like "Ease", "fun" and focus on them? That's kinda the idea I have of "grid work" but I guess "grid work" could be anything really :D

I agree! AND, Abe have taught meditation in 2 different ways. One was, "when you are OOTV, meditate. And when you are ITV, appreciate" (I don't have the exact quote, but it was along this lines).

The other approach Abe showed us was to use meditation as a segway to REALLY take off with high vibes. They called it "getting the movies", aka, receiving high inspirational visions in your meditation. I always was curious about that, but still, I couldn't cope with the technique of meditation for it. I prefer to deliberately focus myself into high vibes in other ways (as, riding a highly appreciative state on purpose), and I get wonderful inspirations from there. But never say "never", maybe I will be called into meditation some day... :D

This sounds like a wonderful thing to do, imo! Yes, in meditation, things clear up. So true.

It depends! As you say, Gridwork can be almost everything that you focus upon deliberately. Like, contemplating the beauty of nature, just holding it in your heart. Or praising something/someone from my heart. Or describing something that I love to a friend. It must not be written, while it can. I enjoy to FEEL the words that pop into my mind all by themself, as soon I got some momentum. Which can be triggered spontaneously by speaking/thinking the thought "Oh, how beautiful!" while it catches my eye. And then deliberately milking that... allowing myself to dive deeper and deeper into the beauty, and describing it (silently, or out loud to a friend, or on paper/the screen). Whatever is "natural", in the moment! :hearts:

Oh and I want to add, I stopped deliberately to "overcome" tension and resistance with Grids. Instead, when I start Grids I always look to what FEELS good or at least, as relief.

It sounds like the same thing, but its a world of difference when you focus to overcome something unwanted (which always will make it bigger), instead of looking for something that feels good to begin with...

For me the biggest change in state of being happened when AH introduced High Flying Disc and Gridwork.
I think if I start my morning with medi and some gridwork, I set myself in a receiving mode and I sync with numbers like 11:11; 12:12; 13:13, etc. that brings me joy and reminds me of good feeling state.
I guess consistency is the key. I noticed when I would be consistent eventually the states I was reaching for would find me themselves. E.g. my brother would drive me I would see a beautiful sunset and would be taken in the present moment and deep satisfaction of the moment, etc. I would experience that moment in a more powerful way if I was consistent in my general alignment.
Also, if you wrote your manifestions, your positive aspects, it’s nice to look through your notes and bring yourself back there.

Focus wheel combined with gridwork is the most powerful for me to manifest things, like salary increase etc πŸŒ€πŸŒ€πŸŒ€

For me, I think the processes I use most and have the most success with are:

1.) Doing little rampages of appreciation:
During the day: I try to notice every time there is something to appreciate; something I like; and make the mental space to say, "Let's milk this a little!" and then in my head I say a few sentences to milk the appreciation. Or if I'm too tired to mentally start doing a self-talk of rampaging, I try to stay in the no-word, feeling-place of that appreciation vibe, just to soak it in.
Before bed, I take a conscious moment to go over a few things to appreciate that happened during the day.
Sometimes I do rampages of appreciation in writing if I feel inspired to.

2.) Reading Abraham quotes / books (or other high vibration books) - for me, I can feel my vibration raising just by reading, tuning into the aligned energy that existed when the words were channeled / written, and taking notes to further tune into it. It's a good Process for me.

3.) Conscious awareness of thought (and speech)
This involves noticing your thoughts and trying to soothe and pivot any negative thoughts in the subtle stages before they run away and grow. And keep patiently re-pivoting and re-soothing if they want to pop back up until you move up vibrationally.

I LOVE this :D A great reminder that just because a technique is "recommended", no recommendation is as accurate for you as tuning in to how YOU feel about it. It's all about feeling, respecting and trusting your inner guidance about what's best for you. πŸ’• So good!

I also much prefer rampaging to meditating. I like the clear palpable movement of it and instant shifts I feel!

So true! I find that the more consistently I practice, the more synchronicities and manifestations appear, and also the more consistently I feel in a good vibrational place.

That is very interesting. I have heard them talk about too and find it very interesting. I haven't really experienced that before but I would very much love if I got to experience that some day while mediating :)

Oh, this is very nice. I think sometimes I'm in a neutral place without much momentum and then I want to start reminding me to start some positive momentum by going general positive and then focus on it long enough so it becomes more specific and then milking it. I think I sometimes switch between subjects and between thoughts too much/fast so not so much momentum gets going. It's inpsiring to me to hear about the daily practices you are using to keep your vibe in an allowing place :)

Thanks so much for your reply :) Yes, I am definitely wanting to also start using the Focus wheel process more. There are some subjects I have old negative beliefs about that sometimes is hard for me to distract from and I want to shift those beliefs specifically so they don't drag my vibe down whenever they come up in my life.
And what I am wanting to do is to start meditating daily and right after create a general positive grid and see how that works out for me emotionally :)

That is some really nice tips, thank you!
I often feel like I am not vibrationally ready for doing a rampage of appreciation. But if I look at the processes chart in Ask and it is given, it recommends Rampage of appreciation only when you're in Optimism or higher on the emotional guidance scale, and lately I have not always been that high up on the EGS I think so it makes sense. Maybe then it's just a matter of starting more generally positive until the inspiration comes to do rampages of inspiration :)
The second and third point I am going to start doing more than before also. Definitely have been doing the third lately, trying to be aware of my thoughts and feelings and make sure I am fully honest with myself and not trying to ignore some negative feeling or something similar to that.

I think Meditation seems best suited for when you're in a momentum of negative emotion and want to feel better. From a place of negative momentum, the neutral or general place of meditation if one succeeds in quieting your mind should feel better. Maybe not seem more "interesting" (as that maybe has to do more with momentum), but feel better. I think many people like the feeling of momentum or being used to the feeling of momentum, even if it's negative, and get used to that and endure it even if it feels less than good, because it seems "interesting". Maybe to some degree it's been going on with me too. In those cases I guess it's about re-calibrating yourself to caring about how you feel most of all remember that what you want most of all, really, is to feel better.

*I* love to "float", to be carried by the natural momentum, as soon my stream is going. We sometimes need to "prime the pump" a little as Abe say, but as soon the energy starts moving, I just allow it to carry me, effortless, and add only what really gets inspired. In this way, it gets faster and more and more joyful- until it feels Satisfied, somewhen... :romance-smileyheart:

Dear friends, it is highly inspiring to me to respond to a such beautiful question. AND I love all the inspiring answers that where provided by Tara and Cookie, as well! :hearts: :romance-grouphug:

How lovely to see you here, POE, the only poster I recognise from the "old days" - for a long time, I missed the access to that huge volume of treasures posted by so many Abers, while realising everything changes and we have to stand on our own two feet. But gosh, it was lovely sharing the teachings with others, seeing Marc's perceptive answers to questions and Hands in the Clay' wonderful rampages - so glad I downloaded a great many of her pearls before they all disappeared off the Net! I hardly ever post, being more of a "lurker" but I will be reading your uplifting words often.
And thanks to Simon for setting this up, the original website was a goldmine of practising the teachings and for you to continue it is wonderful - you're a star! β™₯β™₯β™₯
