On Guilt

Guilt is negative emotion,
and it comes forth, usually when you are not doing what someone else has told you that you should do.

The "rule" says: This is good and that is bad,
and so when you do that, you get guilt.
Not because it IS bad, but because you think that you are doing that which is not good,
and your Inner Being is saying "Not so."
You are not in harmony with your greater intent
which is to have experience, you see?

You must understand, it is the thought in the moment
that brings forth the negative emotion.

[When you have fun playing instead of going to church like your mother told you to, you are filled with guilt].
The guilt is coming forth not because I am at play and not at church.
The guilt is coming forth because I am thinking that I am doing that which is wrong,
and the Inner Being is saying
"That is not in harmony [with what we know to be true]."

The reason we have clarified this is because we say to you,
"When you feel negative emotion, stop what you are doing"
and so you [may] jump to the conclusion that you must stop not going to church,
for that is what has brought forth this feeling.
That is not what has brought forth the feeling.
When you didn't go to church you were excited about it.
You were happy about what you were going to do.
The guilt did not come forth until you thought of your mother,
and her wanting you to be at church.
Do you see what we are saying?

It is your thought that you are sinning, that brings forth the negative emotion,
so stop THAT thought.

In most cases, the feeling of guilt comes forward
not because you are doing something "wrong" -
but because your freedom is being suppressed.

The warning bell is ringing,
not to get you to stop the action you are involved in,
not to get you going to church -
but to let you know that the THOUGHT you are involved in is not in harmony with who you are.

You feel guity,
and they tell you that you ARE guilty because you are sinning.
You are not feeling guitly because you are sinning.
You are feling this negative warning bell because they are trying to control you -
and you seek freedom. (...)

Guilt does not come forth because you are sinning.
Guitl comes forth because of the thought that you are setting forth about that.

There are a lot of people in your life, that you are holding there
as if you would need to prove it to yourself,
that you can get along with everybody.

When the reality of it is, that the Path of Least Resistance
doesn't include most of them.

About "being right"...

We're saying to all of you, who are so interested in finding the "reality" of things, and trying to find the rightness of reality, and sorting out alllll of the components of life on the planet, we say:

Ooh what a big job you have, first of all! And what really a waste of time it is to try to sort it all out, and put it into good piles and bad piles, when what you really want to do, is let life cause you to expand. And then, do the only thing that is necessary, or that you can do, or that is a value to you, or that will help you fulfill your reason for being!

When people use their partners desires to discourage themselves...

As we are interacting with humans, sometimes we meet someone- in fact almost all humans that we meet, your vibrational gap seems to be continually influenced by what other people are doing. Not because they have power in your experience, but because you've got your nose in their business! So, two people- let's say, two people who want... (stay with us: we're really answering your question! It just seems a bit off the way!) ...two people, who -let's say they're living together, who seem to want two different things.

If this one would focus upon what he wants, and become a vibrational match to it, the universe must deliver it to him, in the fullest sense of the word. And if the other wants what they want, -even though it's different from what the other wants!- and if this one focuses upon it completely, then the universe must deliver it!

And so, both
-even when they're living together,
-even when they're cooperating together,
-even when they're working together,
each of them can receive exactly what they want. Provided, each of them focuses upon exactly what they want!

But what happens with most humans is: This one wants what they want, but notices what that one wants. So, this one's vibration isn't in alignment with what they want! And this one knows what they want, but notices what that one wants- so this one's vibration isn't in alignment with what they want.

So, now neither one of them are a match to what they want.
Neither one of them are getting what they want- and they're both blaming each other for it.

Others will never benefit from you, not thriving so much. Or from you, struggling with them, as well!

You're trying to justify, for the benefit of the others! (laughter) In other words... (...) We understand what you're doing with that! In other words, you're not wanting people to see you in that light of perfection, too much! (Laughter)

Because it's hard for a struggler to appreciate a lucky one!

It's a little bit in there. And we would like you to never feel any desire, whatsoever, to express anything about your bad day. Because your bad day is such a freakish anomaly in the scope of what your life really is, you see!

We never hear you say: Well I've been well for so long. I think I'll be sick for a while, to allow more sick people to be well! I heard that there are 100,000 really sick people in my small community. And I've been so well- I've made a decision to call someone up. I'm going to be sick, so they can be well!"

Silly, isn't it? It's not related at all!! There is well-being, and you're letting it in. And whether they are, or not, has nothing to do with you!!

There is abundance there is well-being of all nature and as you let it in it has nothing to do with what anybody else is doing.
