Hi guys,
I am in an environment where i feel truly insecure and fearful, and also guilt and regret about my past deeds, and insecure and confused about what to do about the deeds of some people around me. I feel truly insecure where i am, but i cannot also afford to just move out, or i cannot seem to be able to make those people around me who make me feel insecure move out.
I feel pretty darn low about many things in my life, and when i read and watch abraham and see that they seem to suggest he audience to take a vibrational and emotional journey instead of an action journey almost like every time, and i am thinking to myself like "might that be what i need also", but then i feel like my situation is too messed up to just be fixed by vibrational and emotional journey, and that my only hope might be to take an action journey.
I feel like abraham does not understand my situation, and that i need to be action oriented, but then that idea also does not feel good, because i don't know what to do. I am not doing good at all financially, i got no money in a sense, and so i cannot just say "okay i leave" and find another apartment, even though it would be great if i could. And i cannot move forward vibrationally also, because the stress and insecurity i'm feeling about some people around me sucks up all my positive energy.
I am in a vibrational quagmire at its finest, i guess, in a sense. I cannot move, and i cannot not move. I hope so much that the "simplistic" suggestion of abraham to just be vibrationally oriented, and then letting the action part work itself out, as my focus being on my vibrational awareness mostly, i hope that that method would work for me also, but i'm so busy doubting and freaking out thinking "what if it doesn't work for me" that i cannot let myself do that also
Getting lost in fear and worry, and anger and rage, and sometimes my momentum even coming to the point where i scream at people and so on, ah, damn, all this vibrational quagmire makes me feel so bad, and then i find myself in a mode of trying to shift dimensions etc to be able to run away, but, of course, i got confused about it also, resistance within resistance. I have no idea what i've been going through, in a sense, and most importantly, i don't know what exactly i am supposed to do to get out of the rud that i'm in, if there really is anything i can do

How good that you have brought it all "to paper" (well, to the screen, really). I guess, this might have brought you a bit of clarity already!
Abe understand you much better than you think. Because, Abe understand how reality is created, to begin with.

It is exactly about your questions, about physicality, and how your dreams/desires become stuff. How the desire for abundance becomes money, and how the desire for health becomes a healthy body, and of course, all the same, how your environmant becomes so much more safe and joyful.

How does the REALIZING of your dreams happen? (Stop killing the momentum of your desires!)
HOW THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS.
You have to have wondered:
How do those ideas, how do those desires, how do those hopes and dreams... how do those vibrational realities... how do they get into your real life experience? How do you turn those thoughts to things? How do they become relationships and experiences? How does... "how do I get the money into the bank, Abraham?? In the bank!! I want to get it out of the vortex, and into the bank, okay? How do I do that??"
... And the way you do it, is through the natural laws of the Universe.
The way you do it, is by not keeping it out of the bank! That's the thing that we want you to understand!
(laughter) You just got to let the door open! You just stop keeping it out of the bank. Now, how's that? (Laughter) Don't do that anymore. That's not what we're saying. We want to talk about what you are wanting to do, so the way that things move, or become from an idea; from a vibrational reality, into something that you are realizing,
is that you have to tune your frequency to the realization of it.
Now we know- you didn't want to hear that. But we needed to tell you that! You are the realizers... that's the best word that Esther can find, that's how manifestations occur: you REALIZE them. You realize them, by finding a frequency. And at first, when you find it, it feels weird to you. Maybe it feels a little exciting for a moment. In fact, that's a moment of recognizing the full potential of your desire! You feel exhilarated about it- for a moment.
But if you don't shoot it in the foot, if you don't wrestle it to the ground and kill it with reality, if you don't "yeah, but...!" it to death: "yeah, but. Yeah, but. Yeah, but..."
What about this? What about this: Esther said to us in the beginning: "Abraham, it's true. This thing that I know, that you don't want me to talk about, is a true thing. Don't you think that I should at least acknowledge that it is a true thing?" -and we said "there are all kinds of things in this world that are true, that you want to live; and there are all kinds of things that are true in this world that you don't want to live. We would, let whether you want to live them or not be the criteria, for whether you give your attention to them!
"But Abraham!"- Esther said, "it's such a big world. And there are so many things out there, am I supposed to put my head in the sand??"
-we said: Yes! And meditate!
"Am I supposed to put my head in the sand, and just pretend that those things aren't happening?"
-and we say: You have choice in all of that. Just know, that when you give your attention to things, momentum ensues. And eventually, you can create a belief that is so strong! A belief that is so strong, that it will become your reality.
You can also create a desire, that is so strong that it can become your reality! So what's happening to you- what really happens, what makes the difference, is your belief so strong? Or is your desire so strong? How does that play out?
And we say: Law of attraction gives you the exact balance that you've got going on! You can go a long way in cleaning up those desires. You can go a long way in improving those beliefs. You can go a long way in sifting and sorting your now-reality, looking for positive aspects. You can go a long way in looking at what-is, and finding the things that feel the best. In other words,
you have much more discernment, you have much more capability to offer vibration, than you've been practicing!
And we've written a lot of books with a lot of processes to help you practice. And we are impressed with the application that you've been offering! But today we want to say to you, it's so much easier if, when you wake up in the morning, you just say to yourself "I could be wobble free. I'm wobble free for now! I'm wobble free!! I don't have to bring into this day the things that were bothering me, yesterday!! I don't have to do... oh, there it is. I brought it in, already." (laughter)
When we first started talking to Esther about this, she didn't make it till breakfast, before she was wobbling all over the place! In other words, because you got lots to think about, you've got these practiced thoughts. And we don't want you to be hard on yourself about beliefs that aren't serving you, but we do want you to be aware of what beliefs you have, that serve you- and what beliefs that don't. Esther will find herself moving through a day and all of a sudden, she'll find herself not feeling so good. Sort of this subtle feeling of discomfort.
And she will stop now and say: "Oh, I just uncovered something that I apparently have been thinking about long enough, that it surfaced just now. What was i just thinking about, that gave me that funny feeling in my stomach?"
Because when that happens, that's a little piece of resistance that is showing itself to you. And we're not really encouraging that you sit down right then and try to talk yourself out of it, because you will only add momentum to it! But recognizing it and then, at first opportunity, identifying what it is that you do want, relative to that. And then, the next day, start out thinking about what you do want!
You will really be pleased with how quickly you can shift the vibrational frequency of your habits of thoughts!
You can change your beliefs. Your beliefs are only thoughts that you keep thinking! And you don't have to continue to think unhelpful beliefs.
Esther will say: "Well, that was unpleasant and unnecessary!" -Unnecessary! Unpleasant and unnecessary. So, what we're really saying to you is: It is our powerful desire that you love yourselves -as we love you!- Enough, that you are willing to stop torturing yourself with unpleasant thoughts! That you will stop accepting negative emotion as just the way life has to be.
You say things like: "These are hard times." They are not hard times!
You say things like: "The economy's bad." The economy is not bad! Economy is an individual thing, and there are those who are thriving- might as well be you!
So, let's talk about money. And let's think about what you can do with money. How money positively affects your experience! And it's easy to have a discussion about what you could do with money, with lots more money! With twice as much, or ten times as much, or a hundred times as much! You can think about what you can do with money, so you sort of focused on what you might want to do with money. And now let's talk about how you're going to get some money! And how money is- it's portable. It's tangible. It's, um, exchangeable! And it's spendable. And you like to spend money! You LIKE to spend money.
But in order to spend money, you have to get money. You have to get money to spend money, and there's the rub, right there. There's the rub. So, now "if I don't have, if I'm not in the money place that I want to be in, then thinking about money is just annoying! Because I don't have money, and so as I'm thinking about spending more money, I just get more and more out of balance. Because for me to be in balance relative to money, money in- money out, money in and money out... and what I'm stumbling over is, how to get the money in? How to get it in?? -So the discussion isn't pleasant, and nothing changes very much, and I'm sort of living the same life, year after year after year in relationship to money. Money... got to figure out how to get it! And where to get it, and when it will come, and where it will come from, and who to help, and, and, and... The more I talk about this, the worse it feels to think about money."
We don't want you to think about money! Because money is far further down the road. Money is the manifestation-part. Money is realized by you, later on in the scenario!
What we want you to think about is, the vibrational currency that you all have access to.
We want you to spend vibrational currency, not money!
Now stay with us, because it feels tricky! It is a trick. But it will serve you really really well! There is this vibrational currency... a vibrational currency that you're already tapped into, and getting the vibrational currency is so much easier than getting the money. Because, you have the doors closed to getting the money, in some regards. But you can more easily open the doors to the vibrational currency.
Now just stay with us just a little bit: So, instead of thinking about money, we want you to find the emotional vibrational equivalent to money.
Like... like the feeling of freedom. Think about confusion and clarity! Confusion -not wanted. Clarity -wanted. Can you feel how it's just a mindset to find the difference? That you can find clarity over confusion, just by focusing your mind? Can you feel how money feels harder to accomplish than clarity? Because clarity is a mindset, but money needs a job.
Money needs a job, money needs a means, money needs a way to get it to yourself... stay with us!
So, what we're wanting you to begin feeling from us is, that in the same way that you can move- in a very short period of time- from confusion to clarity, or from a bad mood to a good mood, you can you do it with your kids all the time! You can talk somebody into a good mood! You can talk yourself into a good mood, especially if you start earlier in the day.
So if if you're following us a little bit here, we're talking about vibrational currency... clarity is vibrational currency!
So now let's relate that to dollars. How can you find an emotional word... which is to say, how can we find a vibrational currency word about money?
It feels free.
Feels secure.
It feels easy!
It feels nice! Now, as you find those feelings, you have accomplished a wobble-free moment while you're focused upon the subject of abundance or currency. And in that absence of wobble, if you sustain this- and we want you to do it over the next few days, when you think about money, don't think about where it's coming from! Think about the vibrational currency that you have access to, right this minute.
We want you to begin thinking about the emotion that you can accomplish, right here and now. Because the emotion is the first manifestation! The money will be a later manifestation. But if you don't get the first manifestation, you're not going to get the later manifestation!
Are you with us? All right. It's so good! We have not had this conversation in this way before! But this is the way you turn thoughts to things.
This is the way, the vibration becomes a reality! You have to let it be an emotional reality first, and you have to practice it, as the emotional reality, long enough that you're stable in it. Because when you're stable in it long enough, now momentum is going to ensue and things are going to show up for you, and you're going to say: "How could I have been missing that? It was there, all along!"
So, now- do you like that? We like that so much. We like that so much!! So... so now you take a subject about your physical well-being. A diagnosis. You not only don't have money in the bank, you've got a great big old debt! With that's a medical diagnosis, that has a big old label on it, and so it's not easy to just all of a sudden erase that from your mind. And it's not easy to find a path in the same way, that people are having a hard time these days, a bit finding a path of money into their experience, while they could find the path of feeling good into their experience instantaneously.
Since they haven't found the way, since there's not a specific cure or a specific thing that other people have done enough, that you can just believe it for sure- then it gets you all hung up. You've got to come through the back door- like Esther always does, through the belly of the wale, where there's always somebody back there with a key. And somebody's already put the arrows on the walls for you! In other words, you got to come at it in a different way. And that different way is: You have to focus on the emotional accomplishment, that you can accomplish, not the manifestational part that is a little slower in coming!
And it is our promise to you- it is our absolute promise to you, it is our ABSOLUTE promise to you, that if you find this emotion of well-being... because it's present in so many other ways! Look at you. Look at how you are feeling your heartiness. Feel your clarity! Feel feel the stamina that you have! In other words, there is so much evidence of physical well-being!
If you will ignore the piece that's out of whack, and amplify the things that make you emotionally feel strong, you don't have to feel emotionally strong for very long, for the money to start flowing! And you don't have to feel emotionally strong for very long, before the well-being is dominant within your experience, either:
That's how you turn thoughts to things!
You mold them in your emotional center, by caring about how you feel. And you find yourself unwilling to think scary thoughts, and unwilling to think thoughts that don't feel good about anything, you see.
That's the path, and it's an easy path.
It's as easy as changing confusion to clarity! It's exactly the same process, it's that easy.

My thing is that i feel insecure about the presence of those people around me, those neighbors, that i feel like it may not be truly possible for me to get into the vortex as they are around me, and they are almost always around me.
But i think i either need to find a way of separating myself from them fully, or learn how to be okay even if they are around me. Like it might be another situation of "get happy first, and then what you want will come, and if you wait for what you want to come first for you to be happy, it just cannot come"
Hope it is something like that, and the answer from abraham is universal, that is the invitation to feel better, let go of the oars, wherever you are, without needing to change your physical location first, also. That's my hope, but that's also my doubt

I VERY much understand that this "get happy first, and then the stuff that makes you happy can come" is extremely hard to pull off when you feel threatened! While, as you already sense, it IS the answer.
Maybe it helps you to see the whole situation in more light. Imagine the people that feel dangerous to you, smiling and happy (not just fake-smiling, but being happy from their heart!). This alone could shift things around!
People who are OOTV (and you must be OOTV to emanate a threatening vibe) are per definition never happy. But, as everybody, they YEARN to be happy! So, imagining them feeling the light, finding hope, sensing joy- will feel so much better to you, and also, change your attraction for the negative energies!
It is common to advice in spiritual communities to "protect yourself" with light etc. I would NOT advice such, because "protecting yourself" means to push against something unwanted. Which will always make the unwanted bigger- aka, attract more sense of vulnerability.
So, instead, send light into your mutual environment. Bless the house. Bless the roof. Be thankful for the floor, that carries you all. Be thankful for the food that you eat. Bless the people, respect them for their ability to survive under hard conditions. Bless them for doing their best, that they have or know. MEAN IT, because when you fake it- others feel that.
When you can't pull that off, get more general and bless nature, outside, the air that you breathe etc- whatever you can find to TRULY appreciate!
Make this a very basic, sincere "game" of appreciation. It should work fast, and it FEELS so much better than to dwell in fear!

Yeah, the thing is my issue seems to be more complicated to me than manifesting money or a lover etc, but maybe it is the same process basically where i need to make peace with where i am.
And maybe my doubt and worry that my situation may be much more complicated and that "just doing the vibrational work cannot possibly truly help me" are some of my resistant beliefs for me to work on, hmm.
It is truly like doubt within doubt about what i should be doing etc, but that all might be part of my resistant thoughts and beliefs which i need to soothe, hopefully, hmm.
And maybe my doubt and worry that my situation may be much more complicated and that "just doing the vibrational work cannot possibly truly help me" are some of my resistant beliefs for me to work on, hmm.

This all feels very wise, to me. I want to add, that the appropriate action in case of fear is, to "run", or get solid help. Abe DO NOT, never ever, teach to override or ignore fear! While, don't make yourself fearful, either. Follow your impulses, so that you feel like Soothed, RELIEF, not in more drama.
...I was under the impression that you see no possibility to leave the situation. But, this possibility can open up any time, and it is perfectly fine to then use it.

Be nice and understanding with yourself. Treat yourself as you would want from a very loving mother or father! Hear your concerns. Care for what you really want. Soothe your doubt and your fear, gently and lovingly! Find this wise inner Being within you (that is there just like your "inner child"), and let it give you advice.It is truly like doubt within doubt about what i should be doing etc, but that all might be part of my resistant thoughts and beliefs which i need to soothe, hopefully, hmm.
A clue to that: It's advice is ALWAYS friendly. It never scolds you, it never harasses you! It is a truly wise, unconditionally friendly, gentle and also endlessly powerful force WITHIN YOURSELF.

Yeah, and there is the feeling that i might get myself into trouble for what i did, i got in an angry mood and screamed at them in a threatening way a few weeks ago. But it was because i was feeling so depressed that i wasn't able to hold it in myself anymore, feeling like a pillow being pressed on my face, as abraham says, in a sense.
And yeah, i am definitely open to receiving help, it is just that i don't know what exactly it is that i need, but i think it again is another desire that i got in the vortex that will be known to me as i work on releasing my resistance, and even me being here talking to you about this now might be a part of that process of unfolding, in a sense.
And i get that we are all vibrational, and when i think thoughts like "what i'm going through is just another contrast, i am not a forsaken exception in universe, and i don't need to try to motivate myself into action, just relaxing and feeling better in my vibration is all my inner being asks me to do", i feel better, much better, until my doubts creep in

How about doing the thing that seems quite easy to me- making an honest excuse? You don't need to explain. Just say, it wasn't nice of you to yell, and you'r sorry you did it!?

Yep, this doubt... how about, when it creeps in next time, you embrace it and tell it, that it doesn't make things better: Thanks for the attempt to protect you, but you've got it on your own now! And, you want to feel BETTER, not worse! Because in feeling better, you start to look "through sources eyes", and you start to see solutions, instead of threats. Doubt does not try to warn you from bad things, outside of you! But it indicates that you are not flowing/"looking" in the direction of your desires! That's all doubt is.
You've got to practice the vibration of it, until the vibration of your desire
SUPERSEDES the vibration of doubt.
And when the vibration of your desire supersedes the vibration of doubt-
BAM!!! It happens.

Hey, I thought I might be in your situation before. I felt insecure about someone and I had some sorta panick attack I'd say around that person. So I did very focused vibrational work to feel secure for some time. I did a lot of focus wheels when I was not with the person, such as when I found a cafe and there I wrote the focus wheel to look for and find the secure aspects that were already in my reality. I might say, when we were all sleeping at night, I am actually secure. When I am in the cafe, I am actually secure...
I forgot a lot of thoughts wrote on those papers, but I could do it again later on. As I persistently did so, I discovered that shifts. Those time that we might have to be together, shifted. We begain to zig and zag, having less time together. I got more leeway. Then this person's attitude shifted for the better too. Gradually, I felt more secure and I began to shift my attitude toward that person. Plus, I took action. There were path of least resistance actions which were worth taking. For example, I would quarrel angrily with the person for some time almost every time she began to scold me or say something negative, I didn't allow that, and I was able to shout back again and again. When you did so, the possibility would be that person would lessen those unpleasant actions because she felt uncomfortable too being shouted at...

Actually, some of what you want are already quite clear.
What you may want most are:
You want to feel secure and safe.
You want to live with people who have harmony with you, who wouldn't cause fear with you, whom you would like to hang around. Or you just want to live on your own. --For now, this is a sorta faraway objective. But this is actually true for everybody. We want to have harmony with people especially those who live with us.
If you can move out, just move out to get yourself some leeway, and then do the vibrational work, otherwise smiliar situations would come up.
Now that you can't move out, then when you scream at somebody, remember that may actually feel better than fear and insecure. Don't regret immediately. And watch your influence of your anger or screaming--does make the people around you bother you less or not? If it brings out a little better physical manifesation, you can do it more for now. Why not? Anger feels much better than fear and insecurity.
Do your best to find time and places where you feel more secure and do the vibraitonal work then and there. Because the more you focus upon the feeling of secure, the more secure would manifest in your life. Look for experiences when you are more secure than other experiences, highlight them on and on. When you go outdoors, maybe. When you go out for dinner or coffee, in those places. When those people are sleeping, not being able to bother you physically...
Plus, I don't know weather you are in depression or not, if you are, it's different. In many cases, depression needs some help from other pople or even medicine. Asking for help in reality is also a way of loving self. Do it when you feel helpless.
