Processes Esther is using

In one of the recent AbrahamNow videos Abraham shared the processes Esther is using in the morning. They last to her 30-60 min.

These are not exact words, if I have time and inspiration I will edit the below. But still thought to share a summary…

1) First process Esther starts with is a marble game (the analogy is that you are presenting yourself in this field of attraction with a bag of marbles (thoughts) that then match other similar marbles). In this explanation it sounded very similar to a focus wheel. Esther would identify a negative feeling of sth that triggered her in life e.g. if she heard something on the TV, etc. and then she would sit to write 12 statements of the opposite end of the stick. The process has an intent to make Esther feel better. E.g. if she feels overwhelmed, she would write statements: how many helpers she has, how many things are working out for her, etc
2) Placemat process. They explained it in more detail but as per old analogy. It’s a process that helps you not to give your attention to many many things you do not have time for.
3) A game of acceptance. Esther takes a minute or two to acknowledge things that are certain. E.g. contrast exist in everything and it is alright, everyone thinks they are right and it’s ok to disagree on that point, everyone has self interest, things are always working out, I am a prosperous being and while there are people who would take issue with that, I know there is in alignment for everyone who would align with it
4) Easy Existing Matches (used to be called positive aspects). You acknowledge that you are not in the best feeling place, but you stop and focus on that subject with an intention to find easy existing matches that already feel good.
5) Priming the pump. Esther sometime have to do sth that is “expected” from her by law, by rules, by co-creative partners. She heard AH say many times make a decision and line up with it. And the way she does it by stating: I am good at this, the technology of this world helps me, this is something that ultimately I want to do etc.
6) The pointing game. You point at sth that is easy to point, and you point it point it point it. This is a momentum building. It turns satisfaction into eagerness.
7) Finding the feeling place (they are big on this now). Identifying how I would like to feel even if I don’t feel that way. Stay focused until I find a little peace of it and then milking that peace until LOA adds to it adds to it adds to it. They shared a beautiful example.
8) Closing the loop. She writes 12 circles on page and writes 12 subject which have manifested in a see it hear it touch it way. Understanding that some creations are still opened loops, but looking at the closed loops she can connect the dots what she played and then eventually the loop closed.
9) Open loop. You get so you feel so alive, so eager about life. And the LOA is yielding so many ideas to you. That you just ravenous about new this new this new this
10) Meditation. They explained so beautifully that even after stirring up the amazing stuff above, she sits for stillness to go to that thoughtless place to receive the Love of source… etc

wow thanks so much for this Tara! So good to hear what techniques Esther is currently using!

I always find it amazing that Esther still has the discipline and consistency to do 30-60 minutes of so many exercises even after so many years of doing this work! I imagine even she must take days off though

Esther's consistency is much like our FeelGood's and POE's which I also find incredibly inspiring! :hearts:

@Tara Yeah I adore this. Thank you for it. :in_love: :in_love: :tee:

Esther is using the newest methods I think. I am using methods of the books and youtubevideos, but I think she is so gentle and loving, and her uplifting being is always in look for the highest vibrational state she can find.

"Finding the feeling place" sounds really interesting. I will look forward to it.

I am not this into discipline, but I do methods every day, but not the same, I just pick the ones that fit to my mood.

:D thank you so much, Cookie! :in_love:
...Just, it's NO "discipline". I made it a point in my life, to never do things I don't WANT to do! And I am CERTAIN that it's the same with Esther.

Astonishingly, only doing what you WANT to do (feeling inspired, instead of motivated-where you would need discipline) is not only possible, but it works sooo much better than pushing yourself or dragging yourselfself!! No matter if we are talking about household-things, doing taxes or an Abe-rampage- either I am in the happy inspired mood that I wanna be in, where wild horseswould not be able to hold me back, so to speak- or I ask for this right mood and leave it until I am there (all on it's own!). It ALWAYS comes. Sometimes I need 5 minutes, sometimes a few days, and that must be ok, too.

In this way, life feels free, as deeply respecting myself and my guidance, and it is FUN.

At least, that is how I do it! -It is an opportunity to play with the best things in life (as your desires and "positive aspects") and find a thrilling momentum in wonderful emotions. It feels fun "to dance with the vaccuum-cleaner", to wash my dishes (hands in wonderfully warm water, looking through my window behind the sink), to check things off the to-do-list and get more and more proud, or to enjoy my stuff while I dust it... or rampage in passion about what I love about my life!
Who wouldn't want to do that, all the time? Or at least, set aside some moments for it, each day!?

Go where the fun is!
Go where you believe you'll feel the best.
Take the path of least resistance.
Follow your bliss.
Be more irresponsible!
Just follow your bliss.

- Abraham

Abe once have given a HS advice on NOT "exercising rituals". Do NOT do things always in the same order, at the same time, in the same place, may there be hell or high water. It is NOT about the action journeys! It is about being nice to yourself. It is about soothing yourself when you feel fear, and relaxing into the pain or the rage, when it is there. It is about singing loud and "yodeling down the canyons", when you feel high on life! It is about making this teaching part of your life- because that FEELS SO GOOD.

I really miss it when I don't find the time to do my Abe-work!
I only pass, when the stuff I do instead, is even more fun- or when I am realllllly down (which now is so rare...).Then I "Don't talk, don't think, but shut up and relax" (Abe). And after the perfect time, I'm (all by itself) up and in joy again, where I belong.

Motivation is negative momentum, driving you forward.
Whereas inspiration is who-you-really-are, calling you forward.

cookie, I am retired so have time to devote to my own processes and still get other stuff done too. I did do it when I was working but it's so much more fun and easy now that I have so much free time.

I started out with Louise Hay and Wyane Dyer during the whole 12 step wave of inner child work along with many other teachers who helped me to start a healing journey. I became dependent on the feeling of being motivated to change my ways of thinking and behaving. I am a disciplined person and I like that, it feels safe and good and positive for me.

I was quite the partier when I was in my 20's and so were my friends and boyfriends plus we all worked in a casino which is party central . I realized I wanted to move forward and have a different life so I started going to AA and alanon and adult children of alcoholics. I learned so much and met all the right teachers and books through those programs. I still love those programs and for me, learned I was only using too much alcohol and drugs to soothe my pain , once I knew that then other teachers came into my life. I'm so lucky that it was easy for me to move away from that lifestyle hamster wheel. I think it was through those programs I learned how to be disciplined because I made great progress and learned to live a better life.

I remember when I first saw Abe hicks on youtube and it was very scary for me but I had too much anger and googled "anger", Esther showed up. It wasn't that she spoke to the other side since my Mother did that all the time while I was growing up, I just wasn't sure what kind of stuff Abe was saying . What a joy it was to listen and discover what wonderful teachers they are. I finally understood that "positive thinking" is different than better feeling thoughts and better feeling feelings. I finally learned how to change my thinking one degree at a time and I understood what emotions meant. I love the emotional journey.

I always let myself off the hook when I feel like it too but it has to be genuine and not just an excuse.

I also read a book called "positive addiction" in the early 80's and that always stuck with me.

I'm very happy with my own program and listen to Esther everyday on youtube for fun. I use my daily motivation posts to keep my mind moving in a positive way so I can draw from that when my self talk is not helpful for me.

It's all fun and helpful so I can live a happier life, and I'm the kind who enjoys the daily routine.

This is very interesting information, thank you Tara for sharing it
(Btw, I moved this topic to the "Abraham-Hicks Teachings and You" subforum as the "Practicing the Teachings" subforum is more for people doing their own vibrational "work")

I thought some of you will find it beneficial ❤️

I know there are people with great aspirations. I know this yoga school where some people do practice at least 1 or 2 hours per day for many years (it’s not me 🙈) plus meditation. They call it Sadhana, which means it becomes part of you. They say it’s like brushing your teeth, washing your body, it’s like reconnecting with your soul and once it becomes sadhana it feels odd not to do it, you want to do it.

For me it was fascinating that Esther has her own momentum, her own Sadhana. As far as I recall they always said she does focus wheel in the morning followed by the positive aspects. Now it seems they call it marble game and easy existing matches… so she is doing these things for a number of years…I guess as POE said you need to refocus and do it with a slight different perspective and not to hang on the same ritual simply because the newness puts us in this energy of anticipation, expectation, openness ❤️ yet consistency is what really creates magic and deepens the resonance with the innate knowledge within…

I am grateful for the person who asked the question and for Abraham answers 🥰
