I was curious to ask Source if meditating once a day is less aligning than meditating more times a day. I know Abraham say you don't really need to do a ton of meditation - but I was curious what I would receive if I asked directly. This is the answer I received.
Me: Dear Source of love light and high vibration:
if i only meditate once a day, will negativity have more time to build up vs if i meditated 3 times a day with shorter periods between meditations than a full day between them?

it is aligning when you listen to the air space
if you lessen the gap between meditations, it is aligning
if you do it once a day, it is aligning too
Me: Is one better than the other?
Source: it is how you feel
it is what you feel you are wanting
it is what you feel is right for you

I thought it was interesting that their answer seems to be so accepting and supportive of whatever you do - whether it's meditating once a day, 3 times a day or no times a day - it's all ok. Typical all-loving, all-accepting Source!

The answer from your source is definitely a forum favorite for me, and it reflects exactly what I have experienced from my inner being and what I feel. For a while, I primarily practiced "Focus Wheels" and "which thought feels better" to raise my vibration. I don't meditate every day, but when I do, I practice the Vortex Meditation. At the moment, I feel more drawn to "Intending" and "Tell a Better Life Story" as well as "Appreciation." However, I notice that every day different methods, new ideas, and processes are suitable for me. The most important thing for me is what PoE also said: "Feel good, align with your inner being, and then act according to your inspiration." That's also what Abraham repeatedly says. I realize that a fixed routine would prevent this spontaneity and the impulse from my source and would mean stress for me. That's why I love the words from your source that you shared. Thank you for that.

I often feel strong resistance to commiting to only doing silent meditation because in the moment of sitting down to do the work I often feel a preference for other methods - how do I know if I can trust my feelings?
I know sometimes my feelings guide me to wanting things that aren't good for me, like feeling I'd rather have a chocolate than something healthy to eat; or I'd rather not exercise than exercise - so can I trust that my feelings are guiding me in the direction that truly is best for me?

So does that mean eating a chocolate in that moment is the best thing for me?

But if I'm stuck, how can I get out of stuckness towards moving forward? don't I have to force myself at some stage to take positive action otherwise I'll just stay in stuckness since it attracts more like-energy of stuckness?

There will be a tiny spark of feeling in the direction of movement that feels do-able and wanted

- I love how quiet and peaceful my street is ~ it feels so nice to be in this calm energy.
- I so appreciate the new hand lotion I got from my reviewing job. It smells just like lemon blossoms and takes me back to a happy holiday in the South of Italy, near Sorrento, staying in an airbnb that was inside a lemon grove with all the trees in full blossom. The gorgeous musky smell of the flowers was such a joy to experience - and this hand lotion really reminds me of that!
I also love how soft it makes my hands feel - it feels so luxurious and smooth and pleasant. I love how my skin feels soft and smooth as rose petals. I love how the delicious scent lingers so I can enjoy the aroma of lemon blossoms for hours whenever I wish.
- I appreciate how in my family we all help one another out
I appreciate how he took care of things for us to make more room
I appreciate how he went out grocery shopping for the xmas period to make sure we'll be well-stocked over the days when the shops are closed.
I appreciate how the little morning hiccup was resolved with ease and with no fuss
- I appreciate I finished alllllll the chopping - it feels like a relief now that it's done : )
- I appreciate there are people sending me updates, keeping me updated on things that are important to me. It's kind of them to do this from the goodness of their hearts : )

It's so catchy and upbeat - key ingredients for playing on repeat in my head I love how talented Tom Fletcher is - he is a much-returned-to source of inspiration for me as a creative person on the leading edge! I love how he expresses his creativity in so many ways - in music; in lyrics; in tunes; in writing with his McFly bandmates; in writing his own musicals (The Christmasaurus, The Creakers, and the new Paddington musical), in writing children's stories exploring new interesting ideas, in making gorgeous artwork; - he is so talented! I love seeing this!
I also watched the music video for his song (Afraid of Heights) and found another inspiring thing - The music video showcased the true story of Lily Rice, a 13 year old girl who became the youngest girl ever to do a backflip with a wheelchair. There's that saying when life gives you lemons make lemonade - with her it was when life gives you a wheelchair, do a leading edge backflip in one So cool to see leading edge people doing leading edge stuff - expanding in inspiring ways! And so inspiring to see people with no resistance; no fear; just a desire, lots of courage, and self-belief; a knowing they can do amazing things.

Abraham writes in the book "The Astonishing Power of Emotions" that every action we take in a state of vibrational harmony comes from our inner inspiration and will feel wonderful.
