Introducing the Abe Quotation sub-forum We've been noticing more and more members enjoying and sharing Abraham's words of wisdom in many different forms. The momentum of such generous sharing has caught our attention so we've created a place here on the forum to assemble such gems "under one roof," so to speak.
If someone you did not know called you on the telephone and said, "I will never see you again," you would say, "Who cares?"
In other words, the lack of them would not bother you because there was not wanting to begin with.
The point we are making is, when you feel great negative emotion, it is because this is an important issue for you.

Negative Emotion is a state of Disallowing
When you're angry
or when you're depressed
or when you're discouraged
or when you're fearful
or any of those negative emotions in varying degrees -
you are disallowing.

When you want something that you believe, it feels good.
But when you have a desire that you doubt, then that desire does not feel good
because the vibrational content of your desire
and the vibrational content of your belief does not match.
Negative emotion is simply present when you are thinking in opposition to your own desire.
DO NOT INSIST ON HOLDING ON TO NEGATIVE FEELINGS - IT DOES NOT SERVE YOU
When you feel rotten
you're saying to the Universe
Don't yield me anything that I deserve
and don't give me anything that I want
for heavens sake!
because I have decided to use this nitpicking thing
as my excuse to hold myself in vibrational disharmony
with all things that I consider to be good.
I'm out of harmony with clarity.
I'm out of harmony with good.
I'm out of harmony with abundance.
I'm out of harmony with wellness.
IU'm out of harmony with eagerness.
I'm out of harmony with all things that I want.
I'm in harmony with feeling rotten, and I hate it.
But here I am.
That's what you're saying when you're standing in that rotten feeling place.
When we said to you we do not encourage you to lower your vibration in order to help people that you love feel better because you’ve joined them in their misery, the reason that we say that to you with such confidence is because we know that Source Energy never lowers its vibration in order to comfort you.
The reason you feel negative emotion is because Source Energy doesn’t do that.
The reason negative emotion feels like negative emotion feels is because it’s a vibrational difference from something you have chosen - that’s why your Guidance works, you see. (...)
Negative emotion means you’ve adjusted yourself out of the range, and your Inner Being, your God Force, didn’t adjust itself down there with you - it stayed consistent with the wellbeing that it is, knowing that if it stays there, that you will eventually rejoin it again. (...)
This gathering is about rejoining it now, rejoining it on purpose, rejoining it thought by thought by doing your best to get there.

(Negative emotion: ) "it's not something for me to be embarrassed about or ashamed of
or even something for me to overcome,
because, if I didn't see this (piece of contrast; this) abhorrent thing,
I wouldn't have put this magnificent thing (; this new desire) into my Vortex,
and future generations would be deprived of the insight that this gave me to put there."
And so, it's about accepting the perfection of who you are.
DON'T TRY TO JUSTIFY AND ARGUE FOR WHY YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE EMOTION - JUST WORK ON PIVOTING IT
No matter what hte issue is,
don't try to justify why you don't feel good.
And don't try to justify why you should feel differently.
DOn't try to blame whatever it is you think the reason is
that's keeping you from feeling good.
All of that is wasted effort.
Just try to feel better right now.
HEED THE WARNING BELL OF NEGATIVE EMOTION TO GET YOURSELF TO PIVOT VIBRATIONALLY
Negative emotion is of great value
for it alerts you to negative creation.
But if the negative emotion goes unnoticed
and the Law of Attraction enhances it
so that it becomes larger and larger -
then your physical apparatus is damaged,
and what is wanted is pushed away.
A very high percentage of those who are experiencing physical deterioration or illness in your time
are experiencing it because the "warning bell"
or negative emotion
has been ignored.
As your guideing Inner Being recognizes that a thought has been set into motion
that is contrary to what it knows you want -
it will give yo ua signal of guidance, a "warning bell" if you will,
in the form of emotion.
As you are receiving positive emotion, it is a signal to you from your Inner Being
that in that mmoent you are creating towards that which you are wanting.
When you are receiving a negative emotion or "warning bell", it is a guiding signal from your Inner Being that
in that moment you are creating in the direction of that which you are not wanting.

[When you feel negative emotions you say] "It’s like there’s something wrong and I need to solve it".
And what we’re trying to get across to you is that there’s nothing wrong,
but you are always wanting to bring yourself as close into alignment as you can,
Not only because it will more positively affect your future manifestations,
but because it causes you to feel better now.
Begin recognizing that solving a problem is not about getting the circumstances to line up.
Solving the problem is taking an emotional journey and feeling better at the end of the journey than at the beginning.
Solving the problem is just finding a way to talk myself into feeling better now,
because as I talk myself into feeling better now, I’ve lined up the misalignment,
and now I’m tapped back into the Energy stream, and now wellbeing can come into my experience faster.
