If spiritualcookie or Poe are interested, we can also include this method in the process overview. The method is about creating a list of things you wish for: emotions you want to experience, states or physical conditions you want to have, relationship experiences you want to live, material things you wish for.

And if you don't have the direct quote, you're welcome to add the process in your own words here in the Resources section, if you like: Abraham Processes

Hello Poe and spiritualcookie,
yes, I understand what you mean, and that's a very good suggestion. I will try to find the original video and then write it down and insert it into the Abraham processes. I was a bit exuberant, but now I understand that I can bring some order into it so that the process is clear and has a very clear source. I am looking forward to tackling this project. Thank you for your good suggestions, I am very glad because now I understand how I can do it well.

Personally, I LOVE transcribing clips! It helps me to understand and "own" it much deeper!FloatingBoat wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2024 2:59 am Hello Poe and spiritualcookie,

spiritualcookie gave me the awesome tip to let me get the text delivered- by hitting "more" under the description of the clip and then click "transcript". You still have to delete the time-stamps (in the "three dots" in the header of the transcript) and then bring it into the right format with punctuation marks, sometimes deleting a typo and always, in creating passages, but it still is MUCH less time-consuming than hearing a line, writing it down, hearing the next line...

I'm glad that you enjoy transcribing so much. Your enthusiasm has inspired me. Although I haven't found the original video for the process I introduced yet, your descriptions have made me want to transcribe, and I'm totally excited about it at the moment. I work with a program that transcribes automatically, and then I read through the text and watch the entire video again to compare it with the transcript, because there can occasionally be errors in the transcript, and I can correct them this way. The whole process is a lot of fun for me, especially when I go through the transcribed text again using the video and delve deeper into the topic. I enjoy having the transcribed texts in my Abraham folder to always have material to look back on for individual topics and to be able to read them again. So, thank you, you really got me excited about this topic.

Re: Daily appreciations
I can absolutely trust my inner being and tune into what is good for me. I can let go more and more of what others expect from me and instead grow into what suits me and serves my best. I don't have to meet expectations and can unfold freely in ease, joy, and serenity. In a playful way, I can discover so much that brings me joy and fills me with love, happiness, and appreciation.
In every moment, I have the opportunity to align with my inner being, and I am using this opportunity more and more every day. I enjoy focusing on positive thoughts and receiving inspirations from my inner being from a sense of ease and love. I let more and more of these good things flow into my life because I notice the positive forces everywhere that surround and uplift me. I feel the love and appreciation as well as the support from both the physical and non-physical world.
I take it easy in a way that is absolutely good for me, full of ease and a sense of inner joy and well-being. For I know that well-being is the foundation of my life. Nothing can destroy my joy and well-being because I feel the joy within by focusing on positive thoughts. I love doing my Abraham exercises and thereby getting a feeling that everything in my life is possible and that everything is beautiful and wonderful. Everything in my life is developing for the best, and it gets better every day.
I look forward to each new day because it offers me the opportunity to continue growing in joy and the happy feeling that my healed world is expanding more and more, both internally and externally. The more peace, love, appreciation, enthusiasm, and passion grow within me, the more it is expressed in my outer world. Everything is good, everything is wonderful, everything serves my best. No matter what situation I am in, only wonderful things will arise from this situation. I am absolutely safe and protected and can live my life in freedom, joy, love, and absolute appreciation.

Re: Daily appreciations
Monday, December 16th:
- This morning, I wrote and internalized an improved life story again. This immediately gave me positive feelings, and I'm really looking forward to this Monday.
- On Saturday evening, I spontaneously went to the shisha bar in Bickenbach with my girlfriend. We had a great time, stayed there for a long time, and were in a cheerful and fun mood. It feels wonderful to do things with my girlfriend on the weekend.
- Yesterday, many of my friends, my girlfriend, and my parents came to our place for Advent coffee in Jugenheim. It was a lot of fun; we had great conversations, there was cake and vanilla crescents, and I made coffee for everyone. It was nice to see everyone again. The chocolate cherry cake was especially delicious; my mother baked it for us, and I'm very grateful to her for that. It was a lovely, harmonious gathering, and we had the candles lit, which put me in a really Christmassy, cozy mood.
- At the moment, I love transcribing Abraham videos, especially from the YouTube channel Co-Creator, as I received a tip in the forum that this channel provides new material. It's so much fun to watch the videos and delve deeper into the topics through transcribing. This greatly raises my vibration, and I find it great that I can put the printed transcripts in my Abraham folder and always refer back to them.
- It was nice that Lily and I vacuumed and cleaned our shared apartment completely. Doing it together was so much fun and came very easily to us. I really developed a joy for it and was very happy when our apartment was clean and beautiful again. Now we've also decorated a bit for Christmas with the Christmas blankets my mother brought me.

It is wonderful, I am curious to see what experiences you have with this program. You simply enter the URL of the video, and within a few seconds, you have the full text. Below the text is a small box; if you click on it, the text will be copied.
