Finding the Feeling Place Process

The Finding the Feeling Place Process is most helpful in making sure that you are radiating a vibration that will serve you, for this is a process that will help you realize what you are actually attracting.

It is one of using your imagination to pretend that your desire has already come about and that you are now living the details of that desire.

As you focus upon what it FEELS like to be living your desire, you cannot, at the same time, be feeling the absence of your desire.
So with practice, you can tip the scale so to speak, so that even though your desire has not yet actually manifested, you are offering a vibration as if it has - and then it MUST.

The Universe does not know if you are offering your vibration because you are living what you are living, or because you are imagining that you are living it. In either case, it answers the vibration - and the manifestation must follow.

Example of Using the "Finding the Feeling Place" Process to attract abundance

Your goal in this process is to conjure images that cause you to offer a vibration that ALLOWS money.
Your goal is to create images that FEEL good to you.
Your goal is to find the feeling place of what it would be like to have money,
rather than finding the feeling place of what it is like to not have enough money.

[Tools to get into the feeling place]

[1. Feel-Good Memories]
Now, you could remember a time when you had more money, or even a time when (...) you were not feeling the stress of too many bills. And when you find that memory, try to remember as many details as possible in order to try to feel it even more.

[2. Fantasy Visualizations]
You could pretend that you have more money than you have any sensible use for.
Pretend that you have so much money you do not know where to keep it all and imagine you have tons of it in the pantry and under the bed!
See yourself going to the bank with buckets of change that you are converting to dollar bills.
See yourself taking $5, $10, and $20 bills and having them converted to $100 bills just for the sake of more efficient storage. (...)

When you pretend or selectively remember, you activate new vibrations - and your point of attraction shifts.
And when your point of attraction shifts, your life will improve regarding every subject for which you have found a new feeling place.

Process of Delegating to the Universal Manager

Make requests [to the Universe] with the attitude of expecting results. (...)

Setting goals is like delegating to the Universal Manager.
And achieving the vibration of Allowing is like standing back and trusting your maanger to set things into place. Trusting that when something is required of you, your manager will bring your attention to it. In other words, when another decision is needed from you, you will be aware of it.

"TESTING THE UNIVERSE"- PROCESS


You are more than you know, but you've probably suspected that for a long time. But I mean, no, you are really, really, really, really, really, really, really different than you know yourself to be. You're so much smarter and so much wiser, and you have so much more that you deserve. You have so many vibrational credentials and things saved up for you. There is so much good that you are entitled to. There is so much well-being that you were born knowing was yours. It's a legacy, it's gifts, it's a legacy of well-being that is huge. And I know you don't know it, I know you don't know it very well, because things around you have made you think otherwise, but I know this about you. So if I were standing in your physical shoes, we would say to them, if we were standing in your physical shoes: If I were standing in your physical shoes, I would let myself hope for outrageously wonderful things to come to me, and I would test the Universe. I would say:

"Universe, if I'm so good, show me. If I'm so worthy, show me." Not "If I'm so bad, make it better"—that's the opposite, that doesn't work. "If I'm so good, show me. "Stream of Life" Visualization

Consider once again our upstream-downstream analogy. Imagine what a relief it would be if, after paddling upstream for a long time, you suddenly stop paddling and simply let the current turn your canoe around and carry you downstream.

Tell yourself additionally that this stream of life is benevolent and wise, always guiding you in the right direction. Envision yourself lying relaxed in your canoe, feeling the natural current and filled with the certain knowledge that this stream carries you towards your well-being and the fulfillment of your desires… Think about this wonderful, powerful stream of well-being that flows unceasingly towards your development and fulfillment.

Now you are prepared to apply the upstream-downstream comparison to all aspects of your life. You are now able to examine thought by thought whether you are fighting against the current or swimming with it. On the Process of Positive Affirmations:

Abe: So we have some personal questions for you (...)

[which feels better?]

- I am happy with my body
- I am unhappy with my body

HS: I'm happy with my body!

Abe: We really want you to hear [and feel the difference in] that
I am happy with my body
I am unhappy with my body

Really big.
Because we're not asking you what is true
we're asking you which of those two statements feels the best.

Doesn't it feel better to mean it - "I'm happy with my body" ?

But then you say: "But Abraham, if I'm not happy with my body, is it right to say I'm happy with my body?
Isn't that untruthful?
am I not in a state of denial ?"

None of that matters!
[Because the "untruthful" statement still FEELS better]

So now let's make it a little less personal.
Let's say someone else is talking to you, which feels better?

- you look great
- you look tired

which would you rather hear?

And so what we are suggesting is that you begin practicing those things [and thoughts] that feel the best because what's going on in your head is predominantly what's causing your vibration.
And everything that is then happening to you is as a result of that vibration.

So doesn't it make sense to do anything and everything that you can do in order to hold
yourself in a vibration that allows the well-being that is natural to you to come?

[My comment: BUT if making the positive statement doesn't feel good because you feel the discord and mixed negative feelings in it - then it's better to use a statement that feels better to you.]

The WHY process

When you talk about what you want and WHY you want it, there's usually less resistance within you than when you talk about what you want and how you're going to get it.

When you pose questions you don't have answers for like how, here, when, who - it sets up a contradictory vibration that slows everything down.

Morning Process

The only thing that you have to figure out is how to feel good when you wake up.

And don't move on to anything else till you've figured that one out.

And don't move on to anything else till you feel inspired to move on.

Why it's important to do Processes First Thing in the Morning

When you no longer do that thing you do that
keeps you from being where you want to be
you'll be where you want to be. (...)

You can't keep offering a vibration that has caused the creation of something [unwanted] without contininuing [to create that unwanted thing].

In other words, got to stop doing that.

How do you stop doing that?
By starting to do something else.
And by doing it first thing in the morning when it's not so likely that it's going to call you to where it is.

You've got your best chance of finding a new feeling in the morning
before the old feeling got revved up again

Because the old feeling went to sleep when you did
Don't wake it!
